They said it's not them it's the supplier that is not accepting the return, but I did call the supplier directly, and they kept telling me they requested them to help me out, but HOUZZ is rejecting the request. we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable. Companies like CB2 did not even second my request, the moment they heard what happened, they sent someone the next day to pick up my rug, coffee table, and media console and sent me a full refund immediately- and my return period passed almost 2 weeks with them. This item is one of the biggest purchases and I had no place to store it - and the return period passed only a week. My family and friends were also in the affected area, so I had to move out immediately to go back. I bought a sectional from them, and after a month, one of the century's biggest earthquakes happened in Turkey. You would regret it big time! I rarely write reviews however, what they made me go through is so shameful, so I want everyone to know.
